Revision & Refund Policy

An engagement can be cancelled before the scoping call at no cost. Nothing is charged for a booking that has not started.

Once the scoping call has taken place and the written scope has been issued, the fee for that stage covers work already performed and is not refundable. The same applies to delivery stages once they have begun.

If a package is not delivered to the scope that was agreed, tell us in writing and we will either complete the missing work or refund the part of the fee that corresponds to it. That is the remedy we offer, and it is the one stated here rather than left to interpretation.

Order numbers appear on every confirmation message. Quote the order number when writing about a cancellation or a delivery question.
