Delivery Policy

Consulting engagements are delivered remotely. There is no physical shipment, and nothing on this site is dispatched by post.

After an order is placed you receive a confirmation that states the package, the fee and the next step. A short scheduling message follows, and the scoping call is booked at a time that suits both sides.

Deliverables are sent as documents and, for the pilot package, as a repository or archive. Access details are handed to the contact named on the order. If a different person should receive them, say so when confirming the scope.

The onboarding fee shown at checkout, where one applies, covers the scoping call and the preparation of the written scope. It is not a delivery charge.
