A monthly arrangement for teams that want a second opinion available before decisions are made rather than after. What you receive each month: - One advisory call of 90 minutes, scheduled to your agenda - Written notes from that call, including the options discussed and the trade-off behind each one - A running decision list with owners and dates, updated after every call - Written answers to questions sent by email, replied to within two business days - One written review per quarter covering what changed in your estate and what it means for the roadmap How it runs: This is a monthly service, billed monthly and cancellable before the next month starts. The first month includes a short setup, so the opening position is written down first. If the roadmap you are running was not built by us, we work from it as written. Price is in US dollars per month.
