Technology Roadmap

A sequenced plan for the next four quarters, built from what the assessment found rather than from a supplier catalogue. What you receive: - A current-state map of the systems, interfaces and data the plan has to work with - A quarter by quarter sequence of work, with the reason for the order written next to each step - A decision list naming the owner of each item and the date an answer is needed by - Cost bands per quarter, given as ranges with the assumption behind each band stated - Two written progress notes over the following twelve months, each followed by a call How it runs: A draft goes to you for correction before anything is finalised, and the final document is yours to keep. It can be taken to another supplier without our involvement. Price is in US dollars and covers the roadmap and the two progress notes.
